In healthcare, one-size-fits-all IT isn't just a liability—it's a direct risk to your practice. For Dallas/Fort Worth healthcare providers, generic IT solutions leave dangerous gaps in security, exposing sensitive electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) and failing to meet HIPAA's stringent requirements. We provide DFW medical practices with a competitive advantage by delivering managed IT services built on a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. We know your EHR/EMR software, the pressures of patient care, and the need for absolute reliability. From navigating complex HIPAA and HITECH regulations to defending against sophisticated ransomware attacks targeting patient data, we know precisely what it takes to keep your practice secure, compliant, and focused on what matters most: your patients.
We specialize in helping private practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations in North Texas operate securely, efficiently, and in full compliance with healthcare regulations.
We have direct experience with the unique software applications that are necessary for healthcare organizations to run effectively and efficiently. Some of these include: MyChart, TelaDoc, Amwell, Epic, and Cerner.
"We began working with Fluid IT roughly 15 years ago... These folks are great to work with, we have done so many projects over the years and they've been wonderful to work with in terms of just getting stuff done. They've been spot on."

How quickly can you start an MSP Plan with a new client?
We have a quick discovery process to confirm the business and technical aspects of the client and can typically start onboarding within a week.
-
What is your typical ‘good’ MSP client?
We focus on the small to mid-market segment with between 25 - 200 employees, although we handle smaller and larger. We do not accept every prospect as a client, it must be a good fit for both parties. The best relationships are when the business views us as a true partner.
-
Does the MSP Plan include documenting our systems?
Yes. We have a software tool specifically designed to document our clients’ technology operations, vendors, and systems. This data is maintained by Fluid but owned by the client. We can provide exports of the information upon request.
-
Why would I sign up for an MSP Plan?
The number one reason is to allow the business to stop dealing with IT issues/tasks and refocus that time and effort on the business. Secondarily, it is to receive best-in-class service and advice on all technology matters for continual improvement.
