Invoices are due monthly at the beginning of the month. We accept check, credit card and ACH.

How do you handle onsite work in town and remote office locations?
We have tools to do almost everything remotely, which is most time and cost-effective. If the task requires an onsite technician, we have the ability to send technicians anywhere in the country.

Because projects are not as frequent and have their own requirements, we bill for them separately after being approved.

How quickly can you start an MSP Plan with a new client?
We have a quick discovery process to confirm the business and technical aspects of the client and can typically start onboarding within a week.

What is your typical ‘good’ MSP client?
We focus on the small to mid-market segment with between 25 - 200 employees, although we handle smaller and larger. We do not accept every prospect as a client, it must be a good fit for both parties. The best relationships are when the business views us as a true partner.

Yes. We have a software tool specifically designed to document our clients’ technology operations, vendors, and systems. This data is maintained by Fluid but owned by the client. We can provide exports of the information upon request.
