Hi. I’m Lloyd Blondin with Fluid IT services.
And I’m here to introduce you to our Fluid mail defense system, EdgeWave.
In the next few minutes, I’ll be walking you through the user interface, which you’ll be interacting with on a daily basis.
When you navigate to console.fluid-mail.com, you’re able to access EdgeWave’s personal dashboard, where you can check your messages.
On the personal dashboard, you’ll find tabs for messages,settings, policies, and status.
Under Messages, you’ll be able to view, delete, and release filtered messages.
Under Settings, you’ll be able to manage your spam digest settings such as frequency, format, content, and sort order.
On the Policies tab, you’ll be able to manage your filter settings and decide how you want certain mail to be handled.
Depending on the type of content, you’ll be able to allow, markup, quarantine, or block that message.
Messages can also be sorted into different zones–the red zone for potentially dangerous mail, yellow zone for suspicious mail, or the green zone for junk mail.
You can also filter by sender, blocking or allowing different addresses as you choose.
On the Status tab, you’ll see your mailbox name and aliases listed. And you’ll also be able to check the last time you received a digest status.
Here you see an example of the daily digest provided by EdgeWave.
It’ll provide a list of spam messages showing when they were received and how many you have caught in the filter. It also gives you the option to click on a particular message, go to your personal dashboard, and release that message.
At the bottom, you also have the option to change the report frequency.
